We collect information from our users at several different points on our site.  We collect information if you choose to place free ads on our site, from our business directory listing or job listings.  We also collect information from any form of correspondence, such as emails and telephone conversations from you.  We may also collect information from you if you choose to partake in special promotions on our site.   

Registration

In order to participate in some activities you must first complete the registration form.  When you register we collect personal information such as your name, address, email address, telephone and fax numbers.  This information is used to contact you about the services on our site for which you have expressed interest.  All information is mandatory and is necessary to complete the registration process.

Security

Except for the information that you place on your ad or listing, will not sell, share, or disclose your information to others in any way other than as disclosed in this privacy statement.

Cookies

A Cookie is a small data file that your browser writes to your own computer’s hard drive in order to remember certain information and is linked to some personally identifiable information while on our site.  Cookies are used to store your username or address and password so that you don’t need to type these in each time you log in, thereby saving time whilst on our site.  

Once you close your browser, the session cookie simply terminates, whereas the persistent cookie remains to store your username or e-mail address.

By signing in as member to purchase something, required information or for other reason, you agree that we may send you site and services announcement updates as well as other important information.

Special Offers 

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.  Out of respect for the privacy of our users, our users have the option not receive these types of communications (refer to our opt-out section below). 

Correction/Updating Personal Information: 

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address), or if you no longer desire to use our services, you may correct, update or remove your personal data provided to us.  This can be done at the member information page or by following the relevant unsubscribe information in that particular e-mail. 

Choice/Opt-out 

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, information about products and services and special deals, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the relevant email or website.

To update your registration information log onto that particular Members Area. 

Notification of Changes 

If we decide to change our privacy statement, we will post those changes on our Homepage and in our newsletter so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. 

If we change the way we use your Personally Identifiable Information we will notify you by email in our newsletter.  If you would like to opt out of having your information used in this new manner, we will ask you to contact us within a month and your information will not be used. If you do not contact us within that month, we will assume that you consent to have your information used in this new manner.
